Can I do Personality Profiles as an individual?

Yes! If you already have an account, sign in and add a 20Q Personality Profile from your dashboard for £20 + VAT.

Our Personality Profile Tool has the most value when explored in combination with a facilitated session within a group. When we, as individuals, have the opportunity to compare ourselves with others, we are able to notice to the truth of our profiles much more easily.

Organising a group session

We have a network of experienced facilitators around the UK who can run your group sessions for your organisation. Sessions last either a full or a half-day and provide a great opportunity for your team to explore the implications of their profiles in depth.

If you prefer, we can provide your own facilitator with the materials they need to run a Personality Profiles group session for you and your team.

Once someone has signed up, there are 20 Questions to answer to provide the information needed to create the Personality Profile. Unlike a 360° Diagnostic there is no need for raters, so the whole process takes little time.

This generates a 20-page report explaining about the different elements that make up each profile and the implications of your own unique profile. Guidance is provided to work through a process of reflection to understand the implications of your profile and to consider the kinds of people you currently work with.
