Can I archive a group once it's complete?
Yes. When participants in a group have finished their 360°s, you can archive the group so it no longer appears in your default Active list on Organisation → Groups.
- Open the group, then choose Group Settings from the group menu.
- In the Archive group section, click Archive Group.
Archived groups are not deleted — licences and reports remain available. To view them, set the Status filter to Archived on the Groups page.
To restore a group, open its settings and click Unarchive Group.
