Do I need to complete the Action Plan?
Action plan pages are included in most 20Q reports, but whether you must complete one depends on your programme.
Ask your facilitator or administrator if they expect you to fill in an action plan after your 360°. Even when it is optional, completing one can help you turn feedback into practical next steps.
