How do I choose my Raters?
Choose people who see you at work — ideally in a leadership context. They may be senior, parallel, or junior to you, and do not have to work in your current organisation.
Your report is more useful when raters come from a wide cross-section, not only people who know you well.
You need at least 3 completed raters to generate a report. We recommend inviting 5–10 so you still have enough responses if some cannot take part.

They receive an email with a personal link — raters do not need a 20Q account. It is courteous to ask them in advance; the questionnaire is short and usually takes only a few minutes.
