How do I complete my Personality Profile?
When your administrator invites you to a Personality Profile, accept the invitation and sign in. Your licence appears under My 360°s.
- Open your Personality Profile licence.
- In the Questions section, click Answer Questions.
- For each of the 20 questions, choose your first, second, and third most appropriate responses.
- Click Save & Finish when you have answered every question.
Your profile is generated automatically. When the Report section shows Complete, use View Online or Download PDF.
Unlike 360° tools, Personality Profiles do not use raters — you complete the questionnaire yourself in one sitting.
