I have a Double Licence and I'm ready to repeat my Leadership 360°. How do I organise this?
You do not need a new invitation. When you complete your first Leadership 360° use, a second-use licence is created automatically and linked to your account.
Second use may stay locked until:
- the access date your administrator set for the group has passed, or
- one week after you completed your first use, if no date was set.
When second use is available, it appears on your licence card in My 360°s. Open it to invite raters and complete your second 360° in the same way as the first.
If second use still shows as locked after the expected date, ask your administrator to check the group's second use access date in Group Settings, or contact them to confirm your first use is marked complete.
