Can I reopen my feedback session or invite more raters after downloading my report?
No. Once you close your feedback session — which happens when you download your report — the session cannot be reopened and you cannot invite additional raters.
Any raters who had not finished will no longer be able to submit feedback. This protects rater anonymity — reopening the session could allow scores to be compared before and after a rater completes their feedback.
You are reminded of this before you close your session or download your report.
Before closing, make sure you have enough completed raters (at least 3; we recommend 5 or more). You can invite additional raters and use Re-send Invitation or Send Reminder on your licence's Feedback section while the session is still open. See Can I add more raters at a later date?.
