My reset password link doesn't work
Reset links expire after one hour for security. If you wait too long, you will see a message that the token is invalid.
Go to the sign-in page, click Forgotten your password?, enter your email again, and use the new link as soon as it arrives.
Open the link in the same browser if you can, and check that your email app has not broken the URL across two lines.
If you still cannot reset your password, use Help & Support → Contact Support.
