One of my Raters can't sign in
That is expected — raters do not sign in to 20Q. See How do I complete feedback as a rater? for how they complete feedback using their invitation link or student code.
If a rater cannot find their email, ask them to check junk or spam. You can Re-send Invitation or Send Reminder from your licence's Feedback section. If the email address was wrong, delete the invitation and add the rater again with the correct address.
