What is Job Share?
Job Share is an optional Classroom 360° feature for teachers who share a class with a colleague.
Instead of each teacher running a separate 360°, you link your licences so that:
- students answer the questionnaire once, and
- each teacher receives their own report.
How to set it up
- Open your Classroom 360° licence.
- Find the Job Share section (marked Optional).
- Enter your colleague's email address and click Invite Colleague.
Your colleague accepts the invitation and a linked licence is created for them. Student feedback counts towards both reports.
Job Share is only available on eligible Classroom 360° licence types. If you do not see the section on your licence, your programme may not include it — contact your administrator or use Help & Support → Contact Support.
