I started paying by card but didn't finish — can I pay later?
Yes. If you start a card payment but close the window before it goes through, your order is saved as Pending Payment — nothing is lost.
To finish paying:
- Sign in and open the order from Orders, or use the Pay Now prompt shown on your dashboard.
- Click Pay Now and complete the card payment.
Your licences are added as soon as the payment is confirmed.
If you would rather not go ahead, open the order and remove the items to clear it, or choose Pay by Invoice instead. See If I pay by card, can I get a receipt? and How do I purchase tools for my organisation?.
If the payment still will not complete, use Help & Support → Contact Support.
