How do I purchase tools for my organisation?

If your organisation already has an account

1. Sign in as an Administrator.
2. Open Order Licences from the navigation.
3. Choose the licences and quantities you need, then click Review & Pay.
4. On the review page, choose how to pay:
   • Pay by Credit Card — pay securely via Paddle. Licences are added to your account once payment is confirmed.
   • Pay by Invoice — confirm your billing details and submit the order. We will email your invoice separately. See When do my licences arrive after paying by invoice? for when licences are added.

If your organisation is new to 20Q

Create an Organisation Account from the sign-up page. You will register your organisation details and your administrator account in one step.

After signing in, follow the same Order Licences flow above.

If you currently have an Individual Account and need to buy licences for a team, use Upgrade Account to become an Organisation Account first.
