When do my licences arrive after paying by invoice?
When you choose Pay by Invoice at checkout, your order is submitted immediately and we email your invoice separately.
Licences are added to your organisation account once payment has cleared. If you pay online from the invoice link, that is usually quick. Bank transfers may take a few working days depending on your bank.
Your order confirmation page shows your order reference. Keep this if you need to chase payment with your finance team.

If licences have not appeared after you believe payment has cleared, use Help & Support → Contact Support with your order reference and payment date.
