How do I subscribe to or unsubscribe from the 20Q newsletter?
You can subscribe without a 20Q account by using a newsletter signup form on the 20Q website. We will email you a confirmation link; click it within seven days to complete your subscription.
If you have a 20Q account, sign in and open My Account → Communication Preferences. Choose Yes or No beside the newsletter preference. Your choice takes effect immediately.
You can also unsubscribe without signing in by using the Unsubscribe link in the footer of a newsletter email.
If you previously unsubscribed and change your mind, submit the newsletter signup form again and confirm the new email link, or choose Yes under Communication Preferences. An affirmative choice also removes the newsletter suppression in Postmark.
Your newsletter preference does not affect important operational emails about your account, invitations, tools, questionnaires, or reports.
A 20Q newsletter is usually sent about once per school term and contains product updates, resources and occasional offers.
