Why am I being asked to confirm my newsletter subscription?
We are asking some people with older 20Q accounts to confirm whether they still want the optional 20Q newsletter. This applies where a newsletter preference was missing or had never been actively confirmed.
The Yes link first opens a 20Q confirmation page, so simply opening or previewing it does not subscribe you. The No thanks button uses Postmark’s protected unsubscribe process, which checks for automated email scanners before removing you from the newsletter.
If you have a 20Q account, you can instead sign in and change your choice under My Account → Communication Preferences.
The email shows the response deadline. We may send one reminder; if we do not hear from you before the campaign closes, we will remove you from the newsletter. An expired campaign link cannot change your preference.
Choosing not to receive the newsletter does not stop important emails about your 20Q account, invitations, tools, questionnaires, or reports.
If you stay subscribed, we will usually send a 20Q newsletter about once per school term, with product updates, resources and occasional offers. We will send a short confirmation email around two days after your choice.
For the normal signup, unsubscribe, and account-preference options, see How do I subscribe to or unsubscribe from the 20Q newsletter?.
