How do I upgrade from an Individual to an Organisation account?
If you signed up as an individual but now need to buy licences for a team, upgrade to an Organisation Account.
- Sign in to your individual account.
- Open Upgrade Account from the navigation (or your account menu).
- Enter your organisation details — you become the organisation's administrator.
- Click Save & Continue.
After upgrading, use Order Licences to order tools for your organisation, then create groups and invite participants.

Your existing individual licences and history remain on your account after upgrade.
If you already have a separate organisation account, do not upgrade — ask that organisation's administrator to invite you instead.
