How do students rate me without email?
Some schools and colleges cannot receive 20Q emails. Your organisation can run Classroom 360° using student codes instead of email invitations.
For administrators
Code-based access is configured when your Classroom 360° programme is set up. If you are unsure whether your organisation uses codes or email, check with your 20Q contact or use Help & Support → Contact Support.
For teachers (participants)
- Open your Classroom 360° licence.
- In the Feedback section, add students using Add Students (enter a number) or Import Class List (upload a CSV of student names).
- Share your unique feedback link with the class — it is shown on the licence page.
- Give each student their personal code from the list, or use Print Student Codes for a printable handout.
Students open the link, enter their code, and complete the questionnaire — no email or account required. See Can I invite more than one rater or student at a time? for adding many students at once.
