My email invitations aren't being received
1. Check junk or spam — ask recipients to look in their Junk, Spam, or Clutter folders. Some providers filter mail from 20Q incorrectly at first.
2. Whitelist our sending domain — invitation emails are sent from an address at 20q.co.uk. If messages are still missing, ask your IT team to allow inbound mail from that domain.
3. Invitation links — buttons in the email open the 20Q application at my.20q.co.uk. That is normal. Mail is not sent from that address; it is only where recipients go when they click. If email arrives but links are blocked when clicked, ask IT to allow access to my.20q.co.uk in web filters.
4. School and college policies — some institutions block students from receiving external email. Your IT team may need to relax that policy for 20Q invitations, or you may need to use code-based Classroom 360° invitations instead of email. See How do students rate me without email?.
5. Re-send from 20Q — open the participant's licence, go to Feedback, and use Re-send Invitation or Send Reminder for anyone who has not started.
If problems continue, use Help & Support → Contact Support with example email addresses and approximate send times.
