I really want to rate my colleague but it says the session is now closed. Is there any way it can be re-opened?
No. Once a participant (or their administrator) has closed the feedback session, it cannot be reopened.
This protects anonymity — reopening the session could allow remaining scores to be linked to individual raters.
If you still have an invitation link but see that the session is closed, the participant has already downloaded their report or an administrator closed the session on their behalf. Please speak to the participant or their programme lead — they would need to run a new 360° on a fresh licence rather than reopen this one.
