A participant has not accepted their invitation — what can I do?
When you invite a participant, they receive an email with a link to accept the invitation and set up their account (or sign in if they already have one). See How do I accept my participant invitation? for the participant steps.
Check delivery
Open the participant's licence from the group page and check the Invitation status. If the email bounced or was not delivered, delete the invitation and re-invite with the correct address. For wider delivery problems, see My email invitations aren't being received.
Re-send or re-invite
From the participant's licence page, click Re-send Invitation. If the address was wrong, delete the invitation and send a new one from Invite Participant. See How do I invite Participants?.
Each invitation uses one licence from your stock until it is accepted or you delete the invitation.
