Can an administrator close a participant's feedback session?
Yes. When a participant and at least 3 raters have completed their questionnaires, an administrator can close the feedback session on the participant's behalf.
- Sign in and open the participant's licence from Organisation → Groups.
- On the Report section, when the status shows the session is ready, read and confirm the checkboxes.
- Click Close Feedback Session.
Once closed, the participant (or administrator, depending on programme settings) can View Report or Download PDF.
Closing the session is permanent — no further raters can be added. See Can I reopen my feedback session or invite more raters after downloading my report?.
