Can an administrator close a participant's feedback session?

Yes. When a participant and at least 3 raters have completed their questionnaires, an administrator can close the feedback session on the participant's behalf.

  1. Sign in and open the participant's licence from Organisation → Groups.
  2. On the Report section, when the status shows the session is ready, read and confirm the checkboxes.
  3. Click Close Feedback Session.

Once closed, the participant (or administrator, depending on programme settings) can View Report or Download PDF.

Closing the session is permanent — no further raters can be added. See Can I reopen my feedback session or invite more raters after downloading my report?.
