How do I download or view my 360° report?
Your report becomes available after three steps:
- Answer your own questions — open your licence and click Answer Questions on the Questions section.
- Wait for raters — you need at least 3 completed raters (we recommend 5 or more).
- Close your feedback session — when the Report section shows Ready, confirm the checkboxes and click Close My Feedback Session.
Once the session is closed, use View Report or Download PDF on the Report section of your licence page.
Before you close — you cannot reopen the session or invite more raters afterwards. See Can I reopen my feedback session or invite more raters after downloading my report?.
If your administrator manages reports — some programmes let the group administrator close the session on your behalf. See Can an administrator close a participant's feedback session?. If you do not see download buttons after the session is closed, contact your administrator for a copy.
You may receive an email when your feedback session is ready to close. You can also check progress at any time on your licence page under Feedback.
