How do I create a group?

Groups organise participants who are doing the same type of 360° or profile. You need available licences in your organisation stock before inviting anyone.

  1. Sign in as an Administrator.
  2. Open Organisation → Groups.
  3. Click Create Group.
  4. Enter a Group Name (for example, Cohort 10).
  5. Choose the 360° Type — Leadership 360°, Classroom 360°, or Personality Profile. Each group can only contain one type.
  6. Click Create Group.

If you have no licences available, use Order Licences first — see How do I purchase tools for my organisation?.

When a programme is finished, you can archive the group from Group Settings without deleting licences or reports.
