What happens when my Classroom 360° subscription ends?
When your organisation's annual Classroom 360° subscription ends, teachers can no longer start new Classroom 360°s from My 360°s.
Classroom 360°s already in progress can still be completed — students can finish questionnaires and teachers can close sessions and download reports for those licences.
Before access ends, organisation administrators receive reminder emails one month and one week beforehand, explaining what will change and how to renew or undo a scheduled cancellation if needed.
To keep Classroom 360° available after the end date:
- if the subscription is still active but scheduled to cancel, use Don't Cancel on Organisation → Orders → Subscriptions before access ends, or
- place a new annual order through Order Licences.
